Your role

 

  • Manage and oversee the daily production of tax reports for private clients (France, Germany, Spain, etc.).
  • Perform quality controls on financial data, transactions, and tax treatments to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Analyze transactions and tax calculations (capital gains, withholding taxes), identify inconsistencies, and propose corrective actions.
  • Monitor regulatory developments and ensure tax treatments are aligned with the requirements of different jurisdictions.
  • Update and document procedures, tools, and processes related to tax activities.
  • Test and support the evolution of tax reporting tools (non-regression testing, functional specifications, automation).
  • Collaborate with IT, Front Office, and other departments to ensure quality and continuous improvement of processes.
  • Respond to complex queries from clients and internal teams, and support the Head of Team in optimizing production tools and processes.
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects and the continuous improvement of the tax value chain.

 

Your profile

 

Requested experience:

  • Master’s degree in Law, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in banking operations, operational tax, or a similar role in the financial sector.
  • Solid understanding of financial products and their tax implications.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with tax reporting tools is an asset.
  • Strong interest in automation and process improvement.

 

Soft skills:

  • Rigorous, methodical, and detail-oriented approach.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proactive, autonomous, solution-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team, even under pressure.
  • Comfortable with digital tools and AI applied to finance.

 

Language skills:

  • Very good command of English and French.
  • German is an strong asset
