In order to reinforce the Quality team, we are currently looking for a Supplier Quality Technician.

What will you do ?
- Ensure suppliers meet current standards and requirements set by both customers and the company.
- Block deliveries if any non-conforming products are detected in production.
- Initiate deviation processes and oversee corrective and preventive actions.
- Develop and implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance performance.
- Track and report on supplier performance relative to quality goals.
- Lead the resolution of supplier claims using company tools and integrated systems, ensuring efficient follow-through.
- Support ASQE in assessing quality-related aspects of supplier agreements.
- Approve supplier samples for pre-series and series production, following process and PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) requirements, with initial sampling by ASQE.
- Compile and prepare relevant inputs and contribute to lessons learned activities for new projects.
- Track and document costs related to supplier complaints.
- Manage the hold area effectively to ensure process adherence.
What you will bring ?
- Mechanical engineering, or equivalent training as a technician.
- Strong technical understanding of relevant manufacturing processes.
- Familiarity with Quality Methods and Quality Management Systems.
- Good grasp of specific customer requirements.
- Basic knowledge of statistical process control, measurement analysis, and product liability law.
- Fluency in English AND French / German.
