This is an on-site/hybrid position located in Luxembourg, (3 days minimum per week on site).

Description

Agile delivery has matured past ceremonies and facilitation. Knowing how to run a retrospective, or why a Sprint Goal matters, is the starting point everyone is expected to bring, it is not what makes a Delivery Lead valuable.
What matters now is judgment: the ability to keep a delivery system honest, to see risk before it becomes a blocker, and to say so clearly enough that the right people can decide, at team level, at business level, and at the level of the organization itself.

The Delivery Lead is accountable for the health, transparency and continuous improvement of the delivery system. Working across Product, Tech and the squad, you connect product intent with delivery reality, and you strengthen delivery confidence, flow and team effectiveness. Using transparency rather than authority: you make the facts and the options visible, and it is the team and the organization who decide where to go.
This role does not carry budget ownership, resource allocation authority, or people-management responsibility, those sit with the Product Manager, Tech Lead, and Chapter Lead respectively.

Key Responsibilities
Delivery System Ownership
You own the health of the delivery system — capacity, risks, dependencies and delivery confidence — and the metrics that track it. You keep a current view of blockers, ageing work and work in progress, flagging risks early and ensuring they have owners, actions and follow-through.

Product–Delivery Alignment
You connect product priorities with delivery constraints and trade-offs, making the consequences of scope and timing decisions clear before they land as surprises. The Product Manager decides value and priority; you support the multidisciplinary team — BA, Tech Lead, engineers, QA, UX — in staying aligned around what’s feasible and what it costs.

Flow & Continuous Improvement
You implement and adapt delivery practices (Scrum, Kanban, XP, or a blend) to your team’s context, within the organization’s standards, reporting requirements and agreed KPIs — harmonizing, not diverging. You strengthen Product–Tech collaboration and own the follow-up on team health and sustainable workload, ensuring improvement actions are tracked to completion.

Transparency & Decision Clarity
You make key decisions, owners, assumptions and trade-offs visible, and raise an early warning when something is missing or blocking progress. You bring the right people together in the right forum — not more status reports.

Release Readiness & Launch Discipline
You’re the glue across release readiness: a consolidated view of releases, dependencies and activity like UAT, and visibility wherever it’s missing. Where a team member already owns a piece by skill set, you support and hold them to it; where no one owns it yet, you drive it until someone does.

Craft Stewardship & AI Adoption
You use data, automation and AI pragmatically to improve insight and delivery, and facilitate your team’s local adoption of AI practices from the business/functional Chapters. You’re not the AI expert — you’re the catalyst who makes sure your team gets the value the Chapters are building.

Requirements

What you bring
  • A track record of owning a delivery outcome, not just facilitating process around one, including at least one concrete example of surfacing a risk or problem before anyone asked you to.
  • Comfort operating without formal authority: you influence Product, Tech, and stakeholders through evidence and clear communication, not through a reporting line.
  • Working fluency in Agile and flow practices, expected as a baseline, not something you need to sell us on. We’re not looking for someone who can recite the mechanics; we’re looking for someone who has moved past them, who adapts practice with judgment rather than applying it by the book.
  • The ability to build, run training, and explain frameworks hands-on, not just apply them yourself, but help others on your team pick them up and get better at them.
  • A genuine commitment to continuous learning, for yourself, and for the people you work with: knowing when someone on your team needs a new skill, and building an action plan to get them there.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate at more than one altitude: the concrete mechanics of team-level delivery, and the judgment to make a case for change at business or organizational level when the team-level fix isn’t enough.
  • Experience navigating organizational tension without taking sides, naming a risk plainly, and trusting the right people to decide.
  • A collaborative mindset beyond your own team: this is not a solo craft. We expect you to bring what you learn back to the wider Delivery Lead community, and to learn from what others are solving in their own contexts, elevating the practice for all of us, not just your own squad.
Who you are
  • Curious and passionate about technology: you tinker, you keep learning, and you care about the craft beyond the job description.
  • An agile mindset: collaboration, growing together, and lifting up the people around you.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken, the company’s formal language. French is always a plus.
  • A well-rounded personality with a good sense of humour: we don’t compromise on these.
