Task Responsibilities:

  • The planner is responsible for preparing, structuring, and monitoring base maintenance activities to ensure safe, compliant and predictable execution of A & C-Checks.
  • The role focuses on planning realistic work packages, protecting the critical path, and providing clear visibility on progress and risks, while supporting and collaborating with Maintenance and Production in delivering Checks efficiently.
  • The planner will also be involved in developing Work Templates to support maintenance.

 

Essential Requirements For The Position:

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret technical information.
  • 7 years experience in technical documentation, maintenance processes, or related operational fields.
  • Possess a Master degree (or equivalent education) in a relevant field (e.g. logistics, inventory management, procurement, supply chain management, business administration).
  • Ability to work independently while coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
  • Good analytical and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with structured documentation or maintenance systems is an advantage.
  • Be fluent in both spoken and written English; other languages are considered as an advantage.

 

Working Conditions:

  • Based in Luxembourg with regular on‑site presence required.
  • Occasional flexibility in working hours depending on project needs.
  • Work performed primarily in an office environment with cross‑department collaboration.


Responsibilities
  • Experience in maintenance planning, production planning, or a similar operational planning role in an asset‑intensive or regulated environment
  • Understanding of structured maintenance planning concepts, including work scope definition, preparation phases and schedule management
  • Ability to build, maintain and adapt maintenance schedules and understand task dependencies and critical paths
  • Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders across technical, operational and support functions
  • Strong organisational and analytical skills, with a structured approach to priorities, risks and constraints
  • Familiarity with ERP, MRO or maintenance management systems
  • Ability to monitor execution progress versus plan and support predictable maintenance delivery
  • Experience with AMOS is a strong asset
  • Clear communication skills and confidence to contribute to or lead coordination meetings
  • Structured, pragmatic and continuous‑improvement mindset
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written)
  • Experience in aviation maintenance planning is a strong asset, but candidates from other industries with structured maintenance planning experience are welcome
