Company presentation

Since 2016, Pictet Technologies, the Pictet Group’s software house, has established itself as a group of strongly rooted, agile professionals, with a long-term vision and a deep sense of commitment. We have created an open, team-driven and innovative culture, recognized by several awards (People Experience, Great Place to Work, Luxembourg Flagship, CIO of the year).

Description

We are looking for a Senior Scrum Master to support the Group’s continued adoption of Agile and serve as a coach and facilitator.

In this context, your mission will be to:
Role: The Delivery Lead is accountable for the health, transparency and continuous improvement of the delivery system. Working across Product, Tech and the squad, the Delivery Lead connects product intent with delivery reality and strengthens delivery confidence, flow and team effectiveness.

Key responsibilities:
- Own the health of the delivery system, capacity, risks, dependencies and delivery confidence, with the metrics that track it, ensuring the system moves in the right direction;
- Connect product priorities and outcomes with delivery constraints and trade-offs;
- Improve flow and ensure material impediments have owners and follow-through;
- Strengthen Product–Tech collaboration, decision quality and sustainable performance;
- Coordinate release readiness and lifecycle learning;
- Use data, automation and AI pragmatically to improve insight and delivery;
- Support local adoption of AI practices and maintain visibility on the squad's AI usage and key initiatives.
The Delivery Lead owns delivery-system transparency

1. Product Strategy & Discovery
• Empowered Product Team: Ensure the team is engaged on problems to solve, not just given features to deliver. Challenge when this is not the case. Collaborate early with the Product Trio.
• Decision clarity & transparency: Make key decisions, owners, assumptions, trade-offs and open questions clear. Raise an early warning when decisions are missing, unclear or blocking progress.
• Flow continuity: Operationalize and orchestrate the transition from discovery to delivery.

2. Product Delivery
• Delivery practices: Implement and adapt delivery-system practices (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, XP) to the team's context, including a clear operating rhythm and near-term goals; own their
consistent application and continuous improvement across the squad.
• Flow & delivery confidence: Keep a current view of capacity, dependencies, blockers, ageing work and work in progress (WIP). Flag risks early and ensure owners, actions and follow-
through.
• Product–delivery alignment: Make the delivery consequences of priorities, trade-offs and scope choices clear. The Product Manager decides value and priority; the Tech Lead and
engineers confirm feasibility.
• Stakeholder collaboration: Share progress, delivery confidence, risks and lessons early. Bring the right people together in the right decision forum instead of creating extra status reports.
• Team health & effectiveness: Strengthen Product–Tech collaboration, constructive challenge and clear decisions. Own the measurement and follow-up of team health and workload
sustainability; ensure improvement actions are identified, owned and tracked to completion.
• Quality & reliability: Make quality, reliability, rework and sustainable pace trade-offs visible early enough to support informed decisions.

3. Product Launch & Optimisation
• Production feedback & learning: Ensure production feedback, usage data and support trends are systematically captured and fed back to the team. Drive lessons and delivery-side improvement actions from this feedback.
• Release coordination: Maintain a consolidated view of upcoming releases, milestones, dependencies and UAT activities. Ensure coordination meetings and UAT sessions take place, with the right people present, and maintain shared calendar visibility. Drive issues and escalations while specialists retain accountability for execution and sign-off.
• Shorter release cycles: Work with the team to enable frequent releases by removing delivery barriers and strengthening testing, automation, rollback readiness and production confidence.
• Continuous improvement mindset: Foster a continuous improvement mindset and empower the team to turn concerns into practical improvements.

Our ideal candidates should have:

You have substantial experience coaching and mentoring teams, guiding them to continuously improve and achieve high performance.
