Description

Task Responsibilities:

Designing, reviewing, and validating maintenance instructions according to strict regulatory and operational standards.
Interpreting engineering documentation and industry regulations, and translating them into clear, compliant, and actionable procedures.
Ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and regulatory alignment of all technical documentation.
Coordinating requests for new or updated instructions and integrating insights from operational teams.
Supporting the harmonization and continuous refinement of documentation practices across the Technical Operations division.

Essential Requirements For The Position:

A demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret complex technical information with precision.
Experience in technical documentation, aircraft maintenance environments, or comparable operational fields.
Previous experience working with AMOS is mandatory.
The capacity to act autonomously, while effectively engaging with multiple internal stakeholders.
Robust analytical, organizational, and communication competencies.
Familiarity with structured documentation systems or maintenance environments.

Working Conditions:

Based in Luxembourg with regular on‑site presence required.
Occasional flexibility in working hours depending on project needs.
Criminal record requirement - e.g., A Certificate of good conduct (Casier judiciaire, Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis) will be required in case of positive selection.
Work performed primarily in an office environment with cross‑department collaboration.
