We provide third-party Management Company, Corporate Governance, Regulatory and Strategic Consulting, and Governance Technology solutions. The Group, headquartered with full substance in Luxembourg, provides Fund Governance solutions to asset, wealth and fund managers from around the globe and has additional offices in London, Ireland, Porto, New York and Zurich.
The candidate will join the valuation team of our Luxembourg-based AIFM, taking responsibility for the review and approval of valuations for illiquid assets. The Valuation Officer will work with strategies involving private equity, real estate, private debt, infrastructure, and fund of funds, ensuring accurate and fair valuations, and contributing to the overall valuation process. Additionally, the candidate will participate in the Valuation Committee.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Between 4 and 8 years of relevant experience in asset valuation, preferably within an AIFM or a financial services firm.
- Strong expertise in valuation techniques and financial modelling, particularly for illiquid assets such as private equity, real estate, private debt, infrastructure, and fund of funds.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with specialized valuation software and tools is advantageous.
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements related to valuations and compliance standards.
- Fluent in English (German is a plus)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
