The team builds and maintains strategic relationships with companies across key sectors, connecting them with tailored innovation support, funding opportunities and collaborative projects to strengthen their competitiveness and sustainability.
Job description
As a CRM Data Analyst Intern, you will play a central role in the restructuring, cleansing and optimisation of Luxinnovation's CRM system. Working closely with the Market Intelligence (MI) and IT teams, you will ensure data quality, build actionable dashboards and implement intelligent automation to enhance stakeholder relationship management across the organisation.
You will contribute directly to improving the reliability, usability and strategic value of the CRM as a core operational tool for the National Business Relationship department.
Main tasks and responsibilities
Conduct a comprehensive audit of the existing CRM data structure, identifying duplicates, outdated records and data quality gaps
Perform large-scale data cleansing, standardisation and restructuring of CRM records in coordination with the Market Intelligence and IT teams
Design and develop sector-specific dashboards within the CRM
Establish intelligent links between the CRM and internal resources, MI tools and other organisational platforms
Define and implement synchronisation procedures between the CRM and operational channels (emails, meeting records, AI agents)
Configure smart filters and automated notifications (e.g., trigger alerts when no contact has been recorded with a company for six months, notify team members when a colleague has engaged with a specific company)
Document all CRM processes, data governance rules and dashboard specifications to ensure long-term maintainability
Support the team in identifying opportunities to further automate and enhance CRM workflows

You will act as a key bridge between national/European initiatives and the Luxembourg business ecosystem, driving innovation and sustainable growth.
Required competencies
Education level and professional experience required
Bachelor's or Master's student (or recent graduate) in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field
Previous internship or academic project experience in CRM administration, data management or dashboard development is an asset
Specific competencies
Strong understanding of CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce or equivalent)
Proficiency in data cleansing, data quality management and data structuring techniques
Experience with dashboard design and data visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau or equivalent)
Familiarity with process automation, workflow configuration and notification systems
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks independently
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (MI, IT, business relationship managers)
Curiosity about innovation ecosystems, digital transformation and CRM best practices
Languages
Fluent English and French are mandatory
IT skills
CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics 365 or equivalent)
Data visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau or equivalent)
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Familiarity with data management and ETL processes is an asset
