Your missions

As a Fund Accounting Specialist, you will:

Perform controls and reconciliations between the existing and new back-office environments.
Run and monitor parallel runs to ensure consistency and accuracy between both fund accounting systems.
Analyse and investigate discrepancies between the two environments.
Validate fund accounting data, calculations and processes.
Work closely with fund accounting teams and other stakeholders to identify and resolve issues.
Contribute to the successful migration and transition towards the new back-office environment.
For Senior profiles, provide guidance to junior team members and take ownership of more complex issues.

Your ideal profile

You have solid professional experience in Fund Accounting.
You have a strong understanding of fund accounting processes, controls and reconciliations.
You are comfortable analysing discrepancies and investigating their root causes.
Previous experience with back-office migrations or transformation projects is a strong asset.
For Senior positions, you have previous experience in a management or coordination role.
You are analytical, rigorous and detail-oriented.
You are fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
You are comfortable working on-site in Luxembourg.
