Ensuring prototype and PPAP material availability for program development

Managing material procurement for non-serial materials to support prototype builds

Coordinating open items between Engineering, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Quality and suppliers to meet program milestones

Exchanging drawings, specifications, checklists and other relevant documents with suppliers and project teams

Following IEE standard procurement processes, including PR and PO processes

Starting the escalation process in case of late or missing delivery commitments

Participating in regular project team meetings and maintaining close contact with material procurement

Transferring materials from non-serial to serial material status before SOP

Highlighting long lead-time items to project teams to launch serial orders on time

Monitoring material forecasts and SOP dates to start order processes on time under consideration of lead times

Participating in change management meetings and, on demand, Program Steering Committees for procurement and supply chain release before SOP

Supporting SAP Master data maintenance

Engineering or economical background

3-5 years of experience in an automotive environment

Experience in project management is considered an asset

Knowledge of MS Office software and SAP R/3 is required

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Ability to work autonomously in an international environment

Creativity, team spirit and a proactive attitude are imperative

Fluent in English; German and/or French are considered an asset
