FundPartner Solutions provides a full suite of fund administration and private label funds services. The global team of industry experts specialises in fund domiciliation, registration and governance, as well as risk compliance and investment management services.

Operations provide secure and efficient processing of Pictet’s banking transactions and investment funds. Our teams ensure all activities follow regulations and manage risks.

By developing and maintaining a modern, robust infrastructure, we guarantee reliable, high-quality services for Pictet wealth management, asset management and real estate clients.

The role of the function is to monitor and assess the accuracy and completeness of transfer agency operations.

Your role

Oversee the operations control function within the Transfer Agency department.
Supervise NSCC fund distribution activities, including daily operations monitoring, monthly oversight responsibilities, and ensuring compliance with all delegation requirements as mandated by the CSSF circular.
Supervise TA Asia fund distribution activities, including daily operations monitoring, monthly oversight responsibilities, and ensuring compliance with all delegation requirements as mandated by the CSSF circular.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies.
Identify and mitigate operational risks, and implement controls to minimize errors and fraud.
Monitor and assess the accuracy and completeness of transfer agency operations.
Develop and maintain performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the efficiency and effectiveness of transfer agency operations.
Prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting areas of improvement and performance trends.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including fund managers, clients, auditors, and regulators. Address any operational issues or concerns raised by stakeholders and ensure timely resolution.
Work closely with IT teams to implement and optimize technology solutions that support transfer agency operations control activities. Ensure seamless integration between systems and data sources.
Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices related to transfer agency operations. Identify opportunities for process enhancements, system upgrades, or new technology implementations.

Your profile

Minimum Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Operations Management
Minimum 5 years experience in transfer agency operations, preferably in a control or oversight role
Fluent in French and English
Good knowledge of transfer agency processes, regulations, and industry best practices.
NSCC fund distribution expertise, including the Pershing platform model,
Familiarity with relevant regulatory frameworks (e.g., AML, KYC, GDPR) and their impact on transfer agency operations.
Good understanding of operational risk management and control frameworks.
Master main Excel functions.
Good knowledge of swift message.
