Treasury Analyst

As a Treasury Analyst with Convera based in our Luxembourg office, you will be responsible for daily cash management funding operations for Convera across the EMEA region. You will monitor and fund bank accounts across multiple Treasury platforms. You will be responsible for ensuring accounts are properly funded to cover client, counterparty, regulatory, and all other payments with a focus on using funds efficiently. You will work closely with internal departments such as Trading, Operations, and Finance as well as Convera’s external banking partners to resolve issues daily.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Monitor and forecast liquidity position for bank accounts that support Convera’s EMEA region on multiple platforms to meet funding needs
- Direct the funding of bank accounts through wire transfers requests and requesting foreign exchange swaps to be executed by the FX Treasury Trading team
- Focus on optimizing bank account balances to meet payment needs and to use balances efficiently
- Partner with internal departments such as Operations, Finance, and Trading to resolve funding and payment issues that occur
- Work with external banking partners to resolve issues related to the operations of bank accounts
- Work on special projects and efforts to improve working capital as directed
- Previous experience of working in a financial services operations’ role = Key
- Experience with foreign exchange transactions and international payments would be preferred
- A University Degree (or similar) would be an advantage
- Ability to work accurately under tight time deadlines
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience with Bank Platforms and Treasury Management Systems is a plus
