We are looking to hire an experienced Senior Treasury Analyst in our Luxembourg office to cover the European activities of our organization’s treasury function.

**Responsibilities**:

- Open and close bank accounts in the EMEA region while liaising with internal Legal and Tax departments to obtain appropriate documentation
- Responsible for all KYC and renewals with financial institutions
- Timely preparation of annual FBAR reporting
- Maintain current and accurate list of bank signers and mandate lists in Treasury Management System (TMS)
- Input manual wires across the firm’s banking portals and TMS.
- Assist in due diligence for new acquisitions in EU
- Assist in monitoring funds flow for new acquisitions
- Work with 3rd party Depositary to fulfill requirements
- Monitor daily bank balances and variances including funding overdraft.
- Monitor bank fees for compliance and proactively review opportunities to reduce banking costs
- Maintenance of the TMS and ERP systems for new bank accounts, closure of bank accounts, etc.
- Handle any internal or external audit requests associated with bank accounts, processes and procedures, etc.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree in finance, accounting, economics, or similar
- 2-3 years’ experience in related field (Treasury preferred)
- Ability to work independently but also collaboratively with a team is essential
- Ability to interpret the firm’s organizational structure and act accordingly
- Ability to adapt to constantly shifting priorities
- Experience in MS Office Suite, extensive familiarity with Excel is strongly preferred
- Familiarity with ERP and TMS (including Yardi, Kyriba & JPMorgan ACCESS)
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Problem solving skills and resourcefulness a must
- Excellent communication skills
- French/English speaking preferred
