As the leading national provider of postal and telecommunications services also offering postal financial services, POST Group Luxembourg is a key actor of the Luxembourgish economy.

In order to strengthen its teams, the Business Enablement Services department is looking for a member for its ‘Solution & System Development’ service, whose main mission is to support and ensure the continuity of the proper functioning of BSS and OSS systems.

**Solution Designer** **(M/F/n)**

**Your missions**:

- Design end-to-end BSS/OSS integration solutions to meet customer needs and ensure compliance with the enterprise architecture standards, IT security policies, and industry best practices
- Collaborate with the different stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Provide effort estimates for development and implementation of the solutions
- Assess the solutions and identify opportunities for improvement to ensure long-term cost-effectiveness
- Coordinate with other teams in the context of transversal changes and supervise the execution of tasks assigned to stakeholders
- Conduct handover presentations for other teams to operate the delivered solutions
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation of procedures and configurations
- Provide ongoing support to development and testing teams

**Your profile**:

- Master’s degree in IT/Telecommunications
- In-depth knowledge of BSS/OSS architectures and IT systems in relation to telecom business
- Have an expert knowledge of cross functional BSS/OSS components (billing, ordering etc.)
- Be recognized for your proven interpersonal skills for close collaboration with other teams inside the company, customers and vendors
- Be able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Be fluent in English. French and Luxembourgish would be considered as assets
