Afin de renforcer ses équipes, le département Business Enablement Services recherche pour son service « Solution & System Development», qui a pour mission principale de supporter et d'assurer la continuité du bon fonctionnement des systèmes BSS et OSS, un(e)

Solution Designer (m/f)

Vos missions
  • Design end-to-end BSS/OSS integration solutions in line with architecture standards, security policies, and best practices
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications
  • Provide effort estimates for development and implementation of the solutions
  • Configure, maintain, and manage BSS/OSS applications, ensuring stability through release management processes
  • Develop tools and scripts to automate processes or extend platform functionality
  • Coordinate transversal changes and supervise tasks assigned to other teams
  • Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and support development, testing, and production teams
  • Analyze complex issues, propose effective solutions, and assist with production deployments
Votre profil
  • Have a Master degree or else have acquired during your career equivalent and duly recognized knowledge in the field
  • Have a strong expertise in BSS/OSS architectures and cross-functional components (billing, ordering, charging…)
  • Have experience in application development processes
  • Have proven interpersonal skills for close collaboration with other teams inside the company, customers and vendors
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Be fluent in English. French and Luxembourgish would be considered as assets
