**Contexte du poste**: En tant que Communication Officer, vous serez en charge de développer et de mettre en œuvre la stratégie de communication interne et externe pour renforcer l'image et la notoriété de GRIDX. Vous serez le support et le gestionnaire des projets / campagnes pour notre multi-centre. **Missions principales**:** Coordination de la stratégie de communication**: - Mettre en œuvre et coordonner le plan de communication du centre (réservation médias, rétroplannings, plans de campagne, etc.) et suivi régulier ; - Analyser les performances des campagnes médias et ajuster les actions pour atteindre les objectifs de croissance ; - Gestion opérationnelle des contenus à afficher sur les écrans du centre et de la signalétique ; - Développer des supports pour engager les équipes internes et partenaires, dans le cadre d’évènements et de campagnes de communication. **Création de contenu et branding ;** - Développer une ligne éditoriale engageante et créative sur Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn et autres plateformes pertinentes ; - Créer, programmer et publier du contenu attrayant (photos, vidéos, stories, posts) pour favoriser l’interaction avec la communauté et renforcer la visibilité et l’engagement ; - Superviser la collaboration avec des influenceurs pour des campagnes impactantes ; - Co-créer du contenu visuel et multimédia attractif, créatif et adapté à notre audience (images, vidéos, stories, reels, etc.) et co-animer nos réseaux sociaux ; - Pouvoir assurer le back-up du community management et de la gestion des réseaux sociaux. **Événements**: - Mettre en œuvre la stratégie de promotion développée avant, pendant et après les événements via des campagnes digitales et print ; - Participer à la conception et à la gestion d’événements publics (animations, thématiques, collaborations) pour faire vivre le centre. **Compétences requises**:** Formation et maîtrise de logiciels** - Formation : Bac +3 en marketing / communication; - Expérience : Minimum 5 ans d'expérience en communication et marketing (une expérience en agence ou dans un service communication est nécessaire) ; - Connaissance des outils de création de contenu : Canva, Cap Cut, etc ; - Connaissance des réseaux sociaux et des outils de gestion : Hootsuite, Agorapulse, Salesforce, etc ; - Expérience dans la gestion de projet, de planning et de coordination marketing requise. **Compétences** - Langues exigées : Français et Anglais, à l’oral comme à l’**écrit**; - Capacité à produire des contenus rédactionnels de qualité (articles, posts, newsletters); - Excellente gestion du temps et des priorités pour respecter les deadlines serrées. **Qualités personnelles** - Bonne capacité à travailler en équipe et à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément ; - Créativité, capacité à penser "outside the box", rigueur et sens de l’organisation ; - Esprit d'initiative et force de proposition ; - Sens de l'analyse et de l'adaptation aux évolutions du marché ; - Autonomie, implication et autodidactisme ; - Flexibilité (être disponible soirs et/ou weekends pour couvrir certains événements). **Nous offrons**: - Une ambiance bienveillante de travail dans une entreprise dynamique ; - Un emploi diversifié au sein d'une entreprise en constante évolution ; - L'utilisation d'outils de travail modernes et efficaces ; - Un travail sur des projets variés et enrichissants.
