**Your role**
- Do you have a knack for technology? Are you at your best when supporting others? We’re looking for someone like
- that to:

- join our team of Windows System Engineers responsible for the stable operation of our Windows platform
- deliver on operational tasks as well as being a key player in projects
- participate in maintaining production stability meeting our existing SLA targets**Your team**
- You will be working in the Technology Services team and more specifically for the Hosting team in Luxembourg.
- Our role is to provide a stable environment that operates efficiently and to make new services available to our
- business.

**Your expertise**
- You have:

- 5 years of working experience in a similar role- solid skills on System Management Solutions (SCOM, Splunk or NetCool)
- working experience with hypervisor (ESXi, Hyper-V), Citrix XenApp 7.15, Microsoft Azure
- You are:

- an excellent team player with pro-active approach
- capable of understanding business needs and what IT needs to deliver to make things happen
- capable to deliver on the requirements of a process and procedures driven service model
- flexible, self-starting and capable to respond to shifting priorities
- fluent in English; German and/or French will be an asset
