**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Betreuung und Optimierung der IT-Infrastruktur unserer Kunden.
- Mitverantwortung für den Support (L1/L2/L3).
- Verwaltung und Weiterentwicklung moderner Hard
- und Softwarelösungen (Microsoft, HPE, Fortinet usw.).
- Unterstützung der Kollegen bei Wartung und Betrieb der Kundenumgebungen.
- Analyse, Konzeption und Umsetzung neuer Kundenprojekte.
- Kontinuierliche Verbesserung bestehender und neuer Projekte durch moderne Technologien.

**Dein Profil**:

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als IT-Techniker oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Fundierte Windows-Kenntnisse, Erfahrung mit Microsoft Office 365 und Azure.
- Erfahrung in IT-Administration und Infrastruktur-Optimierung.
- Sehr gute Französischkenntnisse, Deutsch und Englisch sind von Vorteil.
- Strukturiert, genau und lösungsorientiert - auch in komplexen Situationen
- Neugierig, lernbereit und stets up-to-date mit aktuellen Technologien
- Teamfähig und kommunikationsstark in der Zusammenarbeit
- Selbstständig, verantwortungsbewusst und proaktiv
