Risk Analyst

AManco S.A. is the alternative investment fund manager within Arendt. It is wholly owned by Arendt Services and is regulated and supervised by the Luxembourg supervisory authority (CSSF - Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier).

AManco S.A. has the capacity to manage a wide range of investment strategies and asset classes (private equity, venture capital, real estate, debts and fund of funds).

As a result of the continuous increase of our activities, we are currently looking for a:
**Risk Analyst**:
Given its strong growth, AManco is hiring a motivated risk analyst to strengthen its team. AManco manages currently EUR 5.3 billion of assets across various strategies. The company is currently onboarding great projects and is willing to add a team member to participate to the success story. Our next family member will support the Conducting Officer in charge of Risk Management in the implementation, investigation, documentation and reporting of risk and valuation matters within the non-financial asset class, as well as ad hoc requests.

**Your role**:

- Implement the risk management policy and processes;
- Ensure that all risks related to funds under management are properly defined, captured and monitored;
- Define, set-up and produce in association with the Risk Management team, the regulatory risk reporting covering the whole process of production;
- Prepare, in association with the Head of Risk Management, the Client & Business Acceptance Committee, to ensure the covering of risk & valuation topics for all new projects;
- Support the CO RM in the definition, set-up and monitoring of fund’s risk profiles;
- Set-up and manage day-to-day activities of funds under management across various alternative asset classes following the on-boarding phase; monitor all risks (including investment compliance monitoring) for funds under management with the adequate escalation process;
- Produce the risk management reports to the Governing bodies (including Funds Board of Directors); Attend Board of Directors meetings of funds under management;
- Attend AManco Investment Committee and prepare the material necessary (risk review) as part of the transactions of our alternative funds;
- Support the operational process for the assets valuation and assist in producing the material necessary for the valuation committee;
- Participate to monthly review calls with clients;
- Participate to year-end audits of funds under management; Assist in answering to auditors’ request for internal and external audit of AManco;
- Contribute to the design and development of the internal database;
- Support for ESG-focused funds.

**Your profile**:

- You have successfully passed an academic degree in the relevant field of study (economics, finance or similar);
- Relevant professional experience in alternative investment management and/or investment controlling;
- Written and oral fluency in French and English is a must-have. Any other language is a plus;
- Deep interest and affinity for alternative investments;
- High level of motivation, excellent communication skills, superior client orientation, strong team spirit and analytical skills and ability to multi-task;
- Excellent MS office skills.
