Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt **einen Middle Office Agent (m/d/w).**

**Qualifikationen**:

- Gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Französisch, Luxemburgisch ist von Vorteil
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung. Berufserfahrung ist von Vorteil
- Zuverlässige, strukturierte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Selbstorganisation, Belastbarkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Geübte EDV-Kenntnisse und gute Kenntnisse in MS Office (insb. Excel und Word)
- Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
- Begeisterung für den Energievertrieb und die Kundenbetreuung

**Aufgabenstellung**:

- Sie betreuen unsere Sondervertragskunden in den Bereichen Strom, Erdgas und Elektromobilität
- Sie erstellen Angebote für unsere Produkte und Dienstleistungen (insb. B2B Kunden)
- Sie erstellen Verträge in Abstimmung mit der Fachabteilung
- Sie erfassen & pflegen die kundenspezifischen Stammdaten in unserem CRM-System
- Sie betreuen unsere Kunden und sind Ansprechpartner für alle Kundenanfragen
- Sie unterstützen die Key Account Manager bei der Kundengewinnung (B2B, B2C)
- Sie bearbeiten Tarife und setzen Preisanpassungen um
- Sie betreuen die öffentlichen Ausschreibungen
- Sie erstellen Auswertungen und Berichte, u.a. im Rahmen der Vertriebsplanung
