**_The Job _**
- We have an exciting opportunity to join our Private Banking team in the Luxembourg Branch. _
- Handelsbanken Luxembourg started its activities in 1978 and is part of Handelsbanken Global Banking. We support the Bank’s customers in the focus markets with their international business. The Branch core business is Private Banking (Discretionary and Investment Services) and mortgage lending in Spain, Portugal and France. _
- We are looking for a Middle Office Officer who is passionate about providing first class service to the account managers, clients and middle office teams. The position reports directly in to the Head of Private Banking of the Luxembourg Branch. _
- The main responsibilities will be the following: _
- _Responsible for the overall client experience _
- _Support the Private Banking team by overseeing client portfolios and interacting directly with customers _
- _Credit limits _
- _Collaborate with the mortgage team _
- _Support the account managers and the rest of the private banking team with administrative tasks to ensure a seamless client experience _
- _Represent the Luxembourg Branch concerning the Private Banking offering within the focus market branch network and externally to the Bank, including our core markets. _

**_Skills & Requirements _**:

- _Experience in a similar role and a keen interest in learning about all aspects of the Private Banking offering in Handelsbanken Luxembourg _
- _Swedsec or equivalent certificate _
- _Knowledge of the market _
- _Strong problem solving and analytical skills _
- _Experience in handling yearly credit limits _
- _Desire to support and help the team around them _
- _Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish _
- _Organisational skills _
- _Ability to work in a team in a multi-cultural environment _
- _Takes responsibility for own development and on the job learning _
- _Independency in contacting clients for any administrative matter _
