**Job Content**:
**Activities**:

- Initiate, execute and complete projects
- Perform risk analysis
- Project coordination
- Ensure that the milestones and agreed deliverables are operated in due time
- Take charge of communications within projects (meetings, reports and presentations)
- Coordinate the portfolio of projects. The project management coordinator works in line with organisational goals and gives direction to the team members.
- Accountable for delivering the projects and respect of SLA, and also manages the project management framework
- People management
- Retain the team members identified as key people
- Motivate the teams to gain the objectives given by the customers
- Engage the people able to adhere to the objectives of the teams
- Identify and solve problems occurring in projects
- Take charge of communications within projects (meetings, reports and presentations)
- Implement the project management policies applicable to the organisation
- Manage time and resource plan for the project.

**Profile**:
**Requirements**:

- Must fulfil the requirements to obtain an EU security clearance
- Knowledge and experience (at least 5 years) in network, network security belonging the projects she/he manages.
- Deep understanding and experience with agile methodology
- Knowledge and experience (at least 5 years) of project management within the concerned technological domains (network, network security, telephony, videoconferencing, development)
- Capable of making presentations to an internal audience and interacting positively with the upper management as well as with the NMT, sponsors and customers.
- Working knowledge, written and spoken, of English required. French desirable.
- Good leadership
