**Your Responsibilities**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, serving as a key point of contact.
- Manage investor communications, including pitch decks, reports, and market updates.
- Conduct investor outreach and identify new capital sources.
- Support fundraising efforts by coordinating meetings, due diligence, and follow-ups.
- Track investor interactions, feedback, and deal progress to optimize engagement strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of capital-raising initiatives.
**Qualifications**:
- Experience in venture captal, investment banking, or private equity.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Proactive problem-solver with the ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
