Our client is looking to add a Coordinator to their Luxembourg-based team. In this role, you will be part of the Investor Relations team and act as a coordinator between IR and other departments, redistributing investors’ requests and providing valuable fundraising support to the wider team. **Description** - Managing the investor mailbox, ensuring all queries are dealt with appropriately - Logging and categorising investor requests in the CRM system - Answering simple requests directly, with oversight from other team members - Redirecting complex requests to the relevant teams - Following up on investor requests when necessary - Collaborating with the IR team and various corporate functions team members to ensure the "RFPIO" database is up to date and coordinating the yearly review process of the database - Providing data room access and managing administrative requests - Coordinating Operational Due Diligence and meetings **Profile** - Effective organization and time management - Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team - Prioritization and flexibility in managing shifting priorities - Strong interpersonal skills for interactions with various stakeholders - Attention to detail and maintaining high rigor in work tasks **Offer** The client is offering a contract until the end of the year with the possibility of a permanent position afterwards.
