**Tax Manager - Supervize a Team, German Speaking Environment**

We are pleased to present an exciting career opportunity with one of our long-standing and highly reputable partners, located in close proximity to the German border. Our client is currently seeking an experienced **Tax Manager** to **establish and lead a tax department** within their firm.

Their clientele includes a diverse range of financial institutions that rely on the firm for consistent support in navigating regulatory obligations and ensuring sound corporate governance.

**Your Responsibilities**|** Fiduciary - Tax - Fiscalité - Fiscal - Luxembourg**
- Independently manage a dedicated portfolio of clients (**Soparfis, Holdings, PE/RE**) by ensuring the timely and accurate preparation of tax returns in line with Luxembourg legislation.
- ** Oversee and review tax filings** prepared by junior staff to ensure full compliance with applicable laws and internal standards.
- Serve as a **primary point of contact** for client tax matters, offering strategic guidance and addressing any tax-related inquiries or concerns.
- Keep abreast of **developments** in Luxembourg and European tax regulations to maintain compliance and identify potential optimization opportunities.

**Profile and Career Path**|** Service Provider - Accounting - Finance**
- You hold a Bachelor’s or **Master’s degree in Economics** or a related discipline, preferably with a specialization in taxation.
- You possess a minimum of **6 years** of proven experience in direct tax compliance in Luxembourg; any exposure to tax advisory will be considered a strong advantage.
- You demonstrate a client-focused mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- You are highly motivated to expand your responsibilities and progress within your professional role.
- Fluency in **German** is required; proficiency in English is also essential.
