**Job description**:

- Lead and provide strategic advice to the contracts team regarding commercial contracts
- Staying current with respect to changes in laws and regulations, export control and anti-corruption
- Assisting internal colleagues (and, where applicable, outside counsel) with respect to protests, claims, and investigations.
- Evaluating existing Company policies and procedures and enhancing them as appropriate to ensure compliance with all applicable laws.
- Training both clients and Legal Services colleagues with respect to any new policies and procedures
- Ability to prioritize and manage time, and client expectations, in the face of competing demand

**Profile**:

- Excellent knowledge of legal and compliance processes and procedure as well as project management
- Excellent verbal and written communication and drafting skills
- Ability to work efficiently, diligently and independently in an international environment, including the ability to manage a number of projects concurrently
- Accurate and detail-oriented with sound judgement and integrity
