It has always innovated to meet the growing challenges of a rapidly changing, powerful and diversified sector, with a range of professions, skills, know-how for which our client supports its employees to develop them and reveal new talents. **Job description**: - Lead and provide strategic advice to the contracts team regarding commercial contracts - Staying current with respect to changes in laws and regulations, export control and anti-corruption - Assisting internal colleagues (and, where applicable, outside counsel) with respect to protests, claims, and investigations. - Evaluating existing Company policies and procedures and enhancing them as appropriate to ensure compliance with all applicable laws. - Training both clients and Legal Services colleagues with respect to any new policies and procedures - Ability to prioritize and manage time, and client expectations, in the face of competing demand **Profile**: - Excellent knowledge of legal and compliance processes and procedure as well as project management - Excellent verbal and written communication and drafting skills - Ability to work efficiently, diligently and independently in an international environment, including the ability to manage a number of projects concurrently - Accurate and detail-oriented with sound judgement and integrity ** Our recruitment process ** Time saving: We will only contact you if your profile meets the needs of the position to be filled (course, budget...).
