Our client is a major global player in the audit and advisory sector in Luxembourg. Delivering services on a global scale, they extend high-quality advice and expertise in audit, accounting, tax consultancy, financial engineering, human resources, and information technology.

**Job description**
- Collaborate closely with Audit Partners, overseeing a diverse client portfolio.
- Organize and supervise audit engagements, managing teams during fieldwork.
- Guarantee profitability and monitor budget.
- Cultivate and maintain client relationships, building trust as a respected business partner.
- Proactively anticipate and respond to client needs, contributing to business growth.
- Expand the client portfolio through initiative and professionalism.
- Represent the company at external events, contribute to articles, seminars, and participate in internal and external working groups.

**Profile**
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Economics, Management, or Business School, preferably with an audit or control specialization.
- Certification as a public accountant and/or a Réviseur d'entreprises.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in External Audit, with a specific focus on the Private Equity sector, ideally in Luxembourg.
- Fluent in English.
- Organized and precise with excellent communication skills.
- Strong ability to train, motivate, and develop employees.
