**Application Manager (m/w/d) - Network Operation Center**

Die artelis-Gruppe bündelt die Aktivitäten der beiden Telekommunikationsunternehmen cegecom s.a. und VSE NET GmbH innerhalb der VSE-Gruppe. Unser Portfolio umfasst, neben der Planung, dem Bau und dem Betrieb ganzheitlicher Telekommunikationslösungen, die Bereitstellung von Daten-, Internet
- und Sprachdiensten, Bereiche in denen Qualität und Bandbreite vorrangig sind. Mit kundenspezifischen Lösungen richten wir uns vorrangig an Geschäftskundinnen und Kunden in Luxemburg und in Deutschland sowie an nationale und internationale Telekommunikationsanbieter.

**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Überprüfung der Leistungserbringung unter Einhaltung der festgelegten Standards für unsere Geschäftskunden
- Messung, Berechnung und Kontrolle der vertraglich vereinbarten Zielvorgaben
- Koordination und Definition des Aufbaus und der Anpassung technischer Systeme zur Überwachung der Servicequalität und deren kontinuierlicher Weiterentwicklung
- Erstellung und Durchführung von Service Reports und Service Review Meetings sowie Definition und Kontrolle von KPIs für Servicepartner (intern wie extern)
- Kontinuierliche Steigerung der Kundenzufriedenheit und Servicequalität als auch laufende Prozessoptimierung und Kostenkontrolle
- Ansprechpartner für ausgewählte, nationale und internationale Service-Management-Kunden
- Fachübergreifende Zusammenarbeit mit Kollegen in Projekten
- Interne Publikationen, Schulungen, Einweisungen in neue oder veränderte Systeme

**Dein Profil**:

- Technisches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Nachrichten
- und Kommunikationstechnologie, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Projektmanagement oder vergleichbar; technische Ausbildung von Vorteil
- Mindestens dreijährige Berufserfahrung als Projektleiter wünschenswert
- Hohes Analysevermögen und konzeptionelle Stärke sowie Motivation und Bereitschaft, sich in neue Themen einzuarbeiten
- Umsetzungs
- und führungsstark
- Gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office und Projektmanagement-Tools
- Gute Kenntnisse in Datenbank-Systemen notwendig (z.B. MySQL, MariaDB, etc.)
- Sehr gute und strukturierte Kommunikations
- und Präsentationsweise in Deutsch und Englisch, Französisch wünschenswert
