**Your missions**

The Finance Manager will be responsible for all financial operations across two entities, ensuring their financial health and sustainability. This is a highly autonomous role that requires exceptional organizational skills, strategic thinking, and a hands-on approach.

You will work closely with the CEO and senior leadership, acting as a financial advisor and ensuring that both entities meet their financial goals.

As Finance Manager, you will:

- Manage and oversee the financial operations of two entities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
- Prepare consolidated financial statements and individual reports for each entity.
- Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
- Present detailed financial analysis and insights to the CEO to support strategic decision-making.
- Provide strategic advice on cost management, revenue opportunities, and financial planning.
- Implement and maintain robust financial controls, policies, and procedures across both entities.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks while ensuring the alignment of financial goals with business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and tax requirements in Luxembourg.
- Coordinate and manage audits, liaising with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
- Oversee VAT filings, and other statutory obligations.
- Handle day-to-day finance operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and treasury management.
- Supervise and streamline billing, invoicing, and payment processes.
- Maintain relationships with banks, suppliers, and other financial stakeholders.

**Your ideal profile**
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA, ACCA, or MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar role, preferably managing multiple entities.
- In-depth knowledge of financial reporting standards, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning.
- Advanced proficiency in financial software and Excel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
