The EU ATS MMNP (Middle Mile Node Programs) Innovation Team is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Program Manager.
In this role you will:
- Anticipate business and technical requirements in the set-up for EU Logistics Warehouses, focusing primarily on building design and material handling
- Define the warehouse intralogistics processes and works with experts developing the future building templates and Material Handling Equipment (MHE) strategy
- Drive the implementation and development of new technologies while maintaining a critical yet objective eye on all projects.
- Provide technical advice to the Leadership
- Coordinate as central point of contact between procurement, world-wide design, engineering team and operations.
- Travel 10-30% of time across European Sort Center sites
- Experience with standard processes and techniques of continuous improvement
- Experience with sortation processes
- Excellent interpersonal, and communication (written and verbal) skills.
- Ability to understand Operational processes and hands-on experience.
- Fluent in another European Language
