- You will be responsible for providing **legal advice** on matters such as fund structuring and financing.
- You will be required to **draft** and **review** legal documents, including agreements and contracts.
- You will participate in **board meetings** and contribute to legal discussions.
- ** Keeping up to date** with new regulations will be part of your daily responsibilities.
- You will **liaise** with clients as well as third parties, including lawyers and notaries.

- You have at least **3 years of experience** as a fund lawyer or legal counsel within a law firm, a PFS, or a fiduciary in Luxembourg, which will help you feel comfortable and confident in your new role.
- You are fluent in both **English** and **German**, ensuring smooth and effective communication with clients and third parties.
- In this position, being **proactive** and **well-organized** is essential to ensure that deadlines are consistently met.
- While you are an excellent **team player**, you are also capable of working independently and managing your tasks **autonomously**.
