Your Responsibilities | Corporate Officer - PSF - Legal You will have to lead the daily legal activities related to your client portfolio (Holding, Securitization, SOPARFI et cetera) from the constitution to the liquidation. As a Corporate Officer, you will be named as the point of contact between our partner and third parties (colleagues, clients, bank ) which will help you to create a solid working relationship with various stakeholders’ profiles. You will have to organize board and general meetings and also have to draft minutes.< Profile and Career Path | Corporate Officer - PSF - Legal For this opportunity, we are looking for a motivated and autonomous person that is able to speak in English fluently given the fact that you will have to communicate with a large panel of individuals on the occasion of your day-to-day missions. Any others languages spoken, will be considered as an asset. A minimum of one year experience as a Corporate Officer in a similar organization in Luxembourg is required for this position, since it will provide you a level of autonomy on your assignments. You consider yourself as a dynamic person who has good interpersonal and communication skills, which will help you to integrate quickly within the 10-person team.
