Freshly graduated or with a first experience in a Corporate Officer position or internship in Luxembourg, and you are looking for a new position in order to build your skills and competencies ?

Your Responsibilities | Corporate Officer - Compliance - Legal - Fiduciary

As a Junior Corporate Officer, you will assist the team in drafting contracts and agreements, related to the life cycle of your client portfolio (Soparfi, Commercial Companies, PE/RE, Holdings).

You will be able to work closely with senior officers experienced in AML/KYC analysis, documentation collection and review, giving you the opportunity to enjoy hybrid missions and get an exposure to Compliance matters.

Board and shareholder meeting organization and RCS filings will also be part of your daily responsibilities.

Communications with third parties and Luxembourgish administrations, lawyers, notaries will also be some of your missions.

Profile and Career Path | Corporate Officer - Compliance - Legal - Fiduciary

A first Luxembourgish experience is required, an internship or permanent position, and ideally in a similar structure such as a Fiduciary, PFS or other financial service provider.

You have a strong command in French and English, orally and in writing, to assure a good level of communication within the team.

Detailed oriented, you take good care of your deliverables and are able to learn quickly as you are interested in Corporate and Compliance matters.

Acting as a good team player is essential to be fully integrated in this dynamic and young team, and be able to create a pleasant work atmosphere and relationships with other team members.

In function of your profile and level of experience, our partner will offer you a comfortable monthly remuneration that can reach 3 300 € gross, enabling you to enjoy a pleasant start to your career.

Depending on both the company’s and your performance, you may be offered a bonus that will complete your annual remuneration giving you some extra budget for yourself and what you like to do.
