**Job summary**

As an AML/KYC Transfer Agent in our Operations team, you will have the opportunity to oversee and ensure quality assurance for global AML/KYC handling Luxembourg funds. This role allows you to manage complex structures and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders, providing a challenging and rewarding environment for your career growth.

**Job Responsibilities **
- Oversee/QA to AML/KYC Operations teams located globally handling Luxembourg funds 
- Perform appropriate level of Quality Assurance including assessments of complex ownership structures 
- Handle AML and KYC related requirements for Investors and related parties, and escalating potential issues to Senior Management and external parties as applicable, as well as handling Client and Investor queries and escalations to provide suitable solutions 
- Perform internal controls daily, weekly and monthly and escalating as required, as well as escalation of any irregularities or high risk findings
- Ensure monthly reporting and oversight requirements are met as part of the wider team via performing internal controls/oversight with a view to focus on trends/patterns and concerns within our operations team
- Embrac e change and to strive for continuous process improvement in order to achieve greater efficiencies and to improve the effectiveness of services and systems 
- Work in partnership with key stakeholders within the Transfer Agency, the Corporate Investment Bank team and our clients in order to keep abreast of changes to client servicing requirements and/ or regulatory or policy driven changes Adhere to appropriate operational policies and procedures and ensuring same are kept up to date within the team

**Required Qualifications, Capabilities And Skills**
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
- Previous experience in a Transfer Agency role with knowledge of AML/KYC products and industry, particularly in Luxembourg
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective partnerships with internal stakeholders and clients
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Capable of working independently and proactively, while also being a collaborative team player
- Ability to make decisions under pressure, embrace new challenges, and demonstrate excellent organizational and time management skillsClient-focused, ensuring adherence to service level agreements with a strong understanding of risk and control

**Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities And Skills**
- Any other European languages is an advantage
- Knowledge on automation Tools such as Alteryx will be an advantage
