Für unsere Abteilung Operations der Hauck & Aufhäuser Fund Services S.A. am Standort Munsbach
suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) für unser Team Transfer Agent.

DEIN AUFGABENGEBIET
- Durchführung der initialen und fortlaufenden AML/KYC Due Diligence
- Erstellung von AML-Risikoprofilen und AML-Berichten bzgl. Investoren unserer Fonds
- Identifizieren und Bewerten von AML-Risiken gemäß den geltenden Gesetzen und Bestimmungen inkl. Überwachungen dieser Risiken
- Überwachung externer Dienstleister in Bezug auf AML-Themen
- Kommunikation mit externen Prüfern, Dienstleistern und Kunden
- Bearbeitung von Treffern aus dem täglichen Name-Screening und Transaktionsmonitoring

DEIN PROFIL
- Ausbildung im Bank
- bzw. Investmentfondsbereich oder ein Wirtschaftsstudium
- Idealerweise verfügst Du bereits über mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Transfer Agent AML/KYC oder einer vergleichbaren Tätigkeit
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
- Du bist belastbar und zuverlässig
- Hohe Kundenorientierung sowie ausgeprägtes Kommunikations
- und Überzeugungsvermögen
- Umfangreiche PC-Kenntnisse, insbesondere sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office Anwendungen
- Sicheres Auftreten, Durchsetzungsvermögen und eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise sind für Dich genauso selbstverständlich wie eine ausgeprägte Servicebereitschaft und Teamfähigkeit
