**Your area of work**:
As an international central securities depository (ICSD) headquartered in Luxembourg, Clearstream Banking S.A. operates the post-trading business - i.e. issuance, settlement and custody - for the Eurobond market and services for securities from over 55 domestic markets worldwide.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation for ongoing topics/projects with a regulatory/political focus
- Prepare background analyses, briefings and presentations on policy or regulatory strategy topics
- Undertake research on capital market, regulation and policy on new or ongoing regulatory initiatives in Europe and/or on financial market integration world-wide

**Your profile**:

- You are enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's Degree programme with a recognized institution focusing on Law, Political Science, Business or Finance and can provide an internship agreement, OR have graduated with a Bachelor's degree or similar for no more than 6 months
- You are interested in political and regulatory issues and have knowledge of the institutions and legislative procedure in the European Union
- You are a quick learner, have structured working methods and excellent drafting skills
- You are proactive in finding and processing information
- Your English is impeccable (written and spoken). German and/or French will be considered as an asset
