Our employees of various nationalities and their performance stand for the success of our company. **Paralegal (M/F/d)**: **Possible locations**: Luxembourg **Your task**: - Preparing legal documents, including board of directors/shareholder(s) meetings regarding day-to-day matters - Maintaining and updating template documentation for board meetings and other corporate purposes - Assisting in set-up, corporate maintenance, and liquidation of companies - Supporting the handling and coordinating of KYC requests together with the group KYC team, and AML tasks such as RBE filing - Assisting with legal document management, including organization and maintenance of corporate and legal files of group companies - Supporting the maintenance and optimisation of corporate governance processes, internal policies, and rules of procedure - Managing corporate housekeeping tasks, coordinating signature processes, and organizing document execution workflows Supporting the legal costs management process - Dealing with third parties, such as lawyers, auditors, banks, CSSF etc. **Your profile**: - Ability to work and succeed in a multi-cultural environment - At least 2-3 years of experience in a law firm, fiduciary, or at a fund in Luxembourg - Relevant experience handling corporate secretarial tasks, or full life cycle and administration of Luxembourg entities - Preference for a legal degree, including those not admitted to a Bar - English and French language skills are necessary, German language skills are a plus - Strong organizational skills, proactive with great attention to detail - Self-motivated with a capacity to work independently - Clear and practical communication skills - A strong interest in corporate governance, board support, and legal operations - Ability to handle sensitive company information with discretion and a high level of professionalism - Hands‑on mentality and willingness to support a lean, dynamic legal team on a broad range of topics - Good knowledge of Luxembourg company law and governance principles **Your perspective**: - **Interesting, varied and broad range of tasks** in one of the largest real estate companies in Germany and Europe - **Good atmosphere, communication culture** "on a first-name basis" and a pleasant working atmosphere in an environment with flat hierarchies - **Individual training** for professional and personal development in our academy - Modern IT equipment such as laptops and mobile phones - **Discounts at selected hotels worldwide with up to 30%** on overnight stays and special conditions on food and beverages - **Drinks and a selection of fruits**: - **Additional days off**on Christmas Eve & New Year's Eve **Have we sparked your interest?**: Aroundtown, HR, Wittestraße 30, Haus F, 13509 Berlin
