**Context**:
Hybrid Data Center uses modern digital technologies, including all types of public, private, and hybrid cloud platforms, to create or modify business processes, culture, and customer experiences to meet changing business and market dynamics.

It is a key enabler of digital transformation, empowering organizations to modernize their IT infrastructure, enhance agility, and drive innovation.

The digital information (data) and the storage technologies used to retain and organize that information for later retrieval and access is the core of any organization, and finding ways to consume storage efficiently is now a key element.

**Topic**:
You will have to review and identify the main storage vendors solutions proposed in the market, both on-premises and on public cloud platforms with the capabilities of each vendor to provide multi types of storage protocols such as block, file and objects.

Then the goal is to define and test automation processes and solutions to use and consume efficiently the storage environments previously discovered. These solutions should be scalable enough to be applied across a wide range of use cases.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Main storage vendors and products in the market
- Storage protocols in use in on-premises and cloud infrastructures
- Vendor’s API capabilities
- Automation tools
- Scripting

You will be part of the “Hybrid Data Center Practice” global team, composed of experienced Cloud and Infrastructure engineers either deploying technical solution and services on customer premises (Professional Services team), or managing client infrastructures hosted on shared platforms (Managed Services team).

During the internship, you will receive the support of a senior engineer as well as the team leader to guide you while defining the approach and milestones. You will also have the opportunity to participate in all the team meetings and activities, which will enable you to be immersed in the professional world and to be faced with day-to-day challenges encountered in the work environment.

**Knowledge, Skills and Attributes**:

- BTS or similar
- Familiar with traditional data center and cloud standards and concepts
- Strong interest in global technology, security, encryption and virtualization in particular
- Having knowledge of scripting language (e.g. PowerShell, python, terraform ) would be considered as an asset
- Fluency in spoken and written in English is mandatory, and additional languages will be an asset
- Demonstrating problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Be capable of working both independently and as part of a fast-moving team
- Having a relevant work experience (e.g. internships, summer positions, school jobs, or first work experience) would be considered as an asset
