We are looking for a **Junior Backup & Storage Administrator (M/F)** to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in maintaining and optimizing the customer’s backup and storage infrastructure while collaborating with a multi-national team. **Your Responsibilities**: - Administer and maintain **backup systems** using tools like Commvault. - Manage **SAN and NAS storage systems**, including Brocade, Hitachi, NetApp, and Dell EMC solutions. - Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in backup and storage environments. - Perform **disaster recovery planning** and participate in exercises. - Ensure secure configurations, CMDB updates, and compliance with company standards. - Proactively analyze vulnerabilities and implement patches and updates in coordination with providers. - Generate service reports and deliver root cause analysis (RCA) after major incidents. **Your Profile**: - 2-3 years of experience in **Backup & Storage administration** in large-scale environments. - Bachelor degree or equivalent professional training. - Strong communication, organization, and time management skills. - Good command of English (B2 level minimum); French is a plus. - Ability to work independently in a dynamic, customer-focused, multi-cultural environment. **Desirable Skills**: - Experience with **scripting tools** (Perl, Python, Ansible). - Knowledge of object storage (S3 protocol) and disaster recovery tools (Superna Eyeglass DR). - Familiarity with **storage architecture design and performance tuning**. **Additional Information** Arηs Group - Part of Accenture** - is a market leader in the management of complex IT projects and systems.
