**Key Responsibilities**:

- Undertake Client Due Diligence and ongoing reviews in compliance with the anti-money laundering requirements.
- Provide a summary overview of the analysis of the client files for the business acceptance committee and discuss findings with the Compliance Manager and Head of Compliance.
- Reviewing compliance queries and reverting to business as needed.
- Provide advise and training to the junior members of the compliance department
- Support the Compliance Manager and the Head of Compliance with the identification, mitigation and management of AML related risks; reporting and escalation of such risks as needed.
- Provide the Compliance Manager with periodic reporting on AML and Compliance matters.
- Participate in maintenance and update of Compliance related policies and procedures.
- Undertaking monitoring and testing on designated controls, including but not limited to Transaction Monitoring processes.
- Undertake compliance projects and ad hoc additional tasks as assigned by the Compliance Manager.

**Key Requirements**
- Preferably a Master’s degree in Law.
- Preferably a minimum of 5-8 years of experience in a similar position or relevant experience in Luxembourg.
- Compliance background desirable.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with staff at all levels of the organization.
- Strong issue resolution skills with a focus on risk controls.
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to work under pressure and to priorities workloads.
- Fluent English, both written and oral. Additional languages preferential including French and/or German a strong asset.
- Dedicated to work in a fast-growing environment.
- Detail oriented and rigorous.
- Skilled in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Team player.
- Ability to work independently and proactive “can-do” attitude, seeking out ways to improve quality of service to all stakeholders.
