**Fund Compliance Officer : The Function**
- Review due diligence of new client structures during onboarding and handle transfer agents' requests concerning investor diligence.
- Manage daily fund compliance processes to ensure accurate reporting (issue resolution, gap analysis, preparation, and review of management reports, etc.).
- Conduct daily screening of clients, investors, and related parties against sanction lists and PEPs, ensuring follow-up and escalation as needed.
- Review transaction monitoring reports issued by transfer agents.
- Verify account opening documentation and update systems with client details.
- Collaborate with the first line of defense, attend meetings, and perform due diligence tasks.

**Fund Compliance Officer : Your Profile**

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance or law.
- Minimum of **two years' experience** in fund compliance in **Luxembourg**:

- Strong knowledge of the **AIFM directive** and CSSF compliance circulars.
- Proficient in the Luxembourg fund industry and investment compliance regulations.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Capable of working autonomously as well as within a team.
- Fluent in both **French and English**.
