- We’re currently seeking a **detail-oriented, proactive, and hands-on FP&A Analyst** to join our **regional financial planning and analysis** team. In this role, you’ll support topline, standard gross margin, and SG&A controlling, contributing to key financial processes and analysis under guidance- ** Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Coordinating and supporting the monthly financial close process
- Coordinating and supporting the preparation of monthly forecasts, annual budgets, and strategic plans for the region
- Supporting the ongoing maintenance and improvement of planning processes; designing, developing, and maintaining recurring and ad hoc business reports to deliver data-driven insights and project future results
- Identifying opportunities and implementing actions to improve forecast accuracy, cost savings, profit enhancement, and efficiency
- Aiding strategic planning and decision-making by identifying trends in products, channels, and key customers
- Working effectively with regional functional leaders and teams to ensure SG&A expenses remain within forecasted targets
- Acting as key user for the Financial Planning and Reporting Platform, providing guidance to regional users and liaising with the HQ FP&A team on technical and process improvements-

- **Requirements and Preferred Skills**:

- 2-4 years of experience
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large datasets and extract meaningful insights.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis tools); familiarity with SQL, Power Query, or MS Access is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and a structured approach to tasks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
