What to expect

As a member of our Europe-wide Business Analysts team, the BI Business Analyst will be based at our Regional Headquarters in
Luxembourg
. In this role, you'll
partner
with diverse functions across Gates—including S&OP, Product Management, Customer Service and Sales teams—to design and deliver impactful reports and dashboards in
Power BI
and bring continuous improvement in the forecasting process. Your work will transform
complex data into clear, actionable insights

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Analyzing processes, systems and operations, using appropriate tools and techniques to identify drivers and improvements. This would allow the fulfilment of unconstrained demand forecasts inputs
  • Preparing and managing monthly unconstrained units forecasts updates ensuring submissions to our demand portal
  • Supporting monthly demand planning meetings and following up on eventual corrective action to forecast
  • Communicating proactively with the commercial, business analyst and product management teams to gather market and customers information impacting products demand
  • Challenging key stakeholders to ensure the necessary steps are being taken
  • Identifying data-related continuous improvement opportunities for process and system development

Requirements And Preferred Skills

  • University degree in Business, Finance, IT, or Engineering with 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, ideally supporting multiple business functions (Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Marketing, etc.)
  • Proven expertise in Power BI and advanced Excel skills, with the ability to turn complex datasets into meaningful insights
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems; familiarity with multiple platforms is a strong advantage
  • Experience with additional reporting or analytics tools is a plus
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of other European languages is an asset
