**Tax Advisor - German Boarder, Boutique Firm**

**Your Responsibilities**|** Tax - Finance - Accounting - Advisory - Tax Compliance**

- **Review** clients’ tax structures to identify opportunities for optimization while ensuring full compliance with Luxembourg and international tax regulations.
- **Liaise** with tax authorities, auditors, and legal advisors during audits, reviews, or specific requests.
- **Advise** on complex tax issues, including VAT, corporate income tax, and withholding taxes.
- **Draft** tax memos and maintain ongoing monitoring to keep clients updated on regulatory changes affecting their investment structures.
- **Assist** in preparing tax models, simulations, and projections related to restructuring or investment transactions.
- **Support** the onboarding process for new clients by reviewing documentation, collecting information, and facilitating initial communications.

**Profile and Career Path**|** Tax - Finance - Accounting - Advisory - Tax Compliance**

- **Minimum of 2 years**of experience as a tax advisor in **Luxembourg**; experience at a Big Four firm is a strong advantage.
- Fluent in both **German** and **English** to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Familiarity with financial vehicles, particularly **investment funds.**
- Highly organized, collaborative, and capable of working **independently** when needed.
- A **degree in taxation** is considered a strong asset.
