**Your missions**

We are looking for a dynamic and reliable Receptionist to join a legal firm for 32 hours per week, spread over 5 working days.

As Receptionist, you will:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Maintain the reception area to ensure a tidy and professional appearance
- Provide administrative support to Executive Assistants, including filing, scheduling, preparing documents, and data entry
- Coordinate meeting rooms and assist with internal events
- Order office supplies and manage inventory

- This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role, looking to grow within a professional and fast-paced environment.

**Your ideal profile**
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly autonomous, well-organized, and detail-oriented
- Strong multitasking abilities and a proactive attitude
- Fluent in English and French, both spoken and written
- Proficient with MS Office Suite and general office equipment
- Carry out a skills assessment (soft skills and technical skills) in order to better define your professional project
- Access to your test results to guide you to your best career choices
- Interview coaching session before the client meeting
- Consistent and fair recruitment process with respect, transparency and trust
