**_Marketing Manager - CDD 12 months (M/F/x)_**
**_Main Duties :_**
- Contribute to the definition and implementation of the marketing strategy and of the commercial plan for the concerned business units.
- Design and implement a consistent branding strategy through:
- the definition of a Brand Identity across the different touchpoints
- the design of the products and of the customer journey, ensuring they are implemented as designed
- the monitoring of NPS and satisfaction score of the business units, leading the intervention for the improvement of such scores
- Define the look and feel of Luxair’s brochures and marketing materials.
- Be responsible for the media buying and negotiation, and the definition of the media campaigns.
- Manage the events, the external partnerships and Luxair’s social network presence in order to enhance the company's presence in the market.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate marketing efforts with other departments.
- Ensure the budget of the marketing department is properly followed-up and that the back-office actions follow the department activity.
- Mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Analyse the results of the marketing actions to refine future strategies and maximize the impacts.
**_Profil:_**
Minimum required criteria
- Provide a university degree in Marketing or Communication and/or a proven experience on a similar position.
- Show a good knowledge of projects and brand management.
- Demonstrate the ability to communicate and collaborate at all levels, both inside and outside the company.
- Demonstrate good interpersonal skills, creativity and be able to take initiatives.
- Show a good sense for commercial thinking and a client-oriented mind-set.
- Show good negotiation skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Show strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Be multi-tasking, show a good sense of flexibility and adaptability.
- Show excellent communication skills in English, French and/or German (spoken and written).
- Be familiar with current IT office and Marketing tools.
- Accept Duty Travel.
Desired or to be acquired criteria
- Refer to the training table.
- Show leadership and managerial skills.
- Provide an effort in the undeveloped language and have some knowledge of Luxembourgish
- Knowledge of Luxemburgish, German or any other language is considered as asset.
