You will be joining our Traffic team; whose mission is to engage customers in their online journey, helping them to discover the right Amazon Device for them, both on and off Amazon’s websites. The Traffic Manager supports this mission by working with various traffic-driving channels and providing actionable insights to the Devices organization in Europe. The role requires the ability to work cross-functionally and supports Amazon’s full portfolio of devices in Europe.
Key job responsibilities
**In this role you will**:
- Oversee and optimize Traffic channels for long-term business objectives, and have clear plans for short-term and mid-term with limited supervision.
- Conduct experiments, using rigorous measurement methods (A/B testing, control groups), and provide recommendation based on results.
- Develop strong relationships with stakeholders to align on forward looking plans and/or adjustments to existing ones
- Analyze data to identify trends/opportunities, as well as assessing and improving business results
- Proactively highlight risks and create contingency plans.
- Build mechanisms to audit and improve overall customer experience through different channels.
