Growth Product Designer

**Gcore is looking for a talented Growth Product Designer who will help us to create new web experiences and features, improve existing growth interfaces and make our web even better. Together with the team, you will solve complex and interesting tasks aimed at improving the web experience that help our customers quickly and securely transfer content over the Internet, and participate in technical and product discussions of solutions.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop design concepts
- Work closely with business analysts, developers and product owners
- Verify your solutions through usability tests and experiments
- Identify and solve user experience problems
- Control the quality of implementation of interfaces by developers

**Required qualification & skills**:

- Experience as a UX\UI designer or product designer for at least 3 years
- Ability to design complex interfaces
- Basic prototyping skills
- Experience in UX research would be a plus
- Experience with Sketch
- Understanding of what is good composition, neat layout and user-friendly interface
- Intermediate+ English knowledge
- Accuracy and consistency (think about scaling, do not produce unnecessary styles, while not being afraid to experiment and come up with something new)
- Attentive attitude to details, typography and language
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Ability to find multiple solutions to the same problem
- Ability to explain your decisions
