Who We're Looking For
Some of What You'll Do
- Scope of the Role:
- Direct Reports: This is an individual contributor role with management over processes and programs.
- Key Responsibilities- Recommend and create content and develop learning activities, including distance learning capabilities.-
- Review content with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and revise according to feedback.-
- Deliver customized training in a variety of ILT and distance learning media and solicit evaluation feedback from the participants.Seek information about new technology and product offerings that enhance training design and development.-
- Work closely with cross-functional product teams to ensure timely and accurate deliverables.Interact with clients and colleagues in a professional, confident and helpful mannerExperience, Education and Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field-
- 5+ years proven experience as product/technical trainer.-
- Experience creating online assessments.-
- Experience in designing technical course content.-
- Expertise in distance learning design and modern delivery techniquesAdditional Requirements: - Strong instructional design skill and understanding of adult learner and training methodologies.-
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (especially PowerPoint)Why You Should Join Us
